Description

Instructions

    Cream together the butter, sugar, salt and flour.

    Add the soya milk and mix into a thick dough.

    Roll the dough out on a floured surface.

    Cut into pop tart sized rectangles, perfect for your toaster.

    Spread one rectangle with peanut butter.

    Spread a second rectangle with jam and place on top of the one with peanut butter so that the fillings are in the middle.

    Use a fork to press the edges.

    Bake at 180'c for 30 minutes until golden.

    Pop in your toaster for a few minutes to reheat in the morning and enjoy!
