super tasty crunchy croutons
Take all your heels and semi-stale bread.
chop them up in rough cubes.
Coat a baking tray in olive oil lightly and spread the bread accross the pan. sprinkle your various herbs and spices( improvise to your own tastes, perhaps pepper, parmasean, or rosemary?) over the bread, turn and repeat the other side and lightly brush the tops with more oil. bake 350-380F for 10-20 min depending on your oven and how much time you have (and moisture of your bread). basically until golden and crunchy.
Cool and toss on your salad!
