a supper healthy soup
This is a really imply soup, the only time consuming bit Is the chopping.
Add the onion to some oil and fry for a minute. Add the carrot and potato and fry for another 2 minutes. Then add the cabbage, marrow and garlic.
Fry for another minute, stirring constantly then finally add the tomatoes and enough water to cover the vegetables. Add the bouillon, and sat and pepper to taste.
Bring to a simmer then cook for 30 minutes or until all the veg is soft.
