Beautiful Corpse Bride outfit for sewing beginners!
Are you familiar with the situation that party is coming tomorrow and you don't have any costume? I made this outfit for Halloween party, it took me one evening (about 3hrs,if you're sewing by hand), and with some changes I was wearing this about 4 times. You just add a petticoat, a corset or stunning blue veil and you're done!

I show how to make blouse, skirt an veil. Corset was bought in second hand store, gloves are from my mum's wedding dress :)

Stitches and seams are messy, because:
1) I was a beginner then
2) It is a zombie-dead bride costume it has to be messy, thorn and bloody!

I show here how to sew skirts (top and bottom), blouse and veil. Corset is from a second-hand store.

Have fun and don't forget your deadly sexy make up!

PS. Pardon my English..:)

    Blouse

1st of of all - remember, that i wasn't taking any measurements. The amount of fabric can be inaccurate - after all zombie dying bride looks a little bit messy :)

Lace and tulle I had already in my house, but U can use white curtain or cut old clothes.

    a) From white lace cut two rectangulars - front and back of the blouse. Pin it together and check if it fits on you. Tear it at the bottom.

    b) Cut out and tear at the end a rectangular that will be a sleeve. Chceck if it fits your arm.

Sew skirt along leaving holes for elastic and a sexy fly. Tear the bottom. Put in elastic (use safety pin to push it through).

    Now - dying time!

Make a pot of strong black tea. In tub, dye blouse, skirt and tulle for veil and skirt's tail with tea (it will give nice oldish colour). Leave some white to have more messy-grave look. With red acrylic paint (darkened with black) - or nail polish paint blood spots all over your outfit. (If nail polish, paint if its dry)

Leave to dry or use hairdryer, lase and tulle dry fast.
