This is a super cute headband that you can wear with anything!! it has a cute ruffle and a button!! Very little sewing involved!

You will need

1 Button(s) (scrap) Fabric Scissors Old Headband Needle & Thread matching colors Bias Tape or a strip of fabric Fabric Glue

Description

This is a super cute headband that you can wear with anything!! it has a cute ruffle and a button!! Very little sewing involved!

Instructions

1. 

   First you need to gather your supplies (I just took the fabric off an old headband)

2. 

   The next step is to cut a rectangle about double the size of the headband

3. 

   Measure a line in the middle and mark it with a fabric marker

4. 

   Now use that line to create small folds that make ruffles. Pin it together.

5. 

   Sew the button in place using the needle and thread

6. 

   Now sew a button in the center of the ruffle you just made.

7. 

   It should look something like this..

8. 

   Next wrap your headband in fabric tape(or you can use a glue gun.. it might work better...

9. 

   Now wrap the fabric around the fabric around the headband. you will have to trim off excess fabric.

10. 

    Cover the end in fabric tape..

11. 

    and wrap it in your 1/2 inch fabric strip..(i used bias tape)

12. 

    You can also line the inside of the head band with fabric and tape it there

13. 

    Taadaa!! You have a beautiful brand new headband!! yay!!
