-Super Glue. -A scissor. -Pipe Cleaners.
Choose the size you want for the 'chain'.
Need to be the same size.
Separate the little one.
Curve... and make a circle.
In all of them.
Let them 'open'
Attach one by one.
First attach of them.
...and in the ends put the Glue to Connect.
The Little One is to Close the Bracelet.
It'll looks like this.
=D *For this one I used 4 pipe cleaner.
