Sunshine On A Cloudy Day Smoothie

Rainy weather outside? Bored inside? Well, heres a quick and easy (not to mention healthy) snack you can whip up!

You Will Need (6 things)

  • Frozen Or Freash Mixed Fruit
  • Apple Juice
  • Vanilla Yoghurt Or Icecream
  • Milk
  • Blender
  • Spoon

Steps (5 steps, 5 minutes)

    Take a handful of the mixed fruit (i used a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries,) and dump them in the blender.

    Next, pour about 1/2 as much juice as there is fruit.

    Next, pour about 1/3 as much milk as there is fruit.

    Blend until soft. You might want to push the fruit at the top down to the bottom so it will blend all the way. Pour yogurt/ice cream and blend again.

    Pour into glass and enjoy!
