Summer Bird Scene Coffee/Tea Cosy

A warm scene for a warm cup of tea!
I can't seem to stop making these things. =)
This scene was inspired by my grandparents backyard last summer, surrounded by field and meadow with a birdhouse housing bluebirds in its center. The bluebirds were sweeping past each other as they scouted around their little house.
I drew out the scenes on the back of my vinyl fabric, cut them and sewed from the farthest back (the mountains) to the nearest (the birds). I sewed each object in its respective color. The clouds are sewn in white, the birds in blue, the trees and grasses in green and the mountains and birdhouse in brown.
I just followed my original moustache coffee/tea cosy directions. This one takes a bit more time, obviously, but it is so pretty.
