a very easy recipe,but very healthy..I love it.
Chopp tomatoes,ham and leek or onion.
Add over fresh lettuce in a bowl.
add cheese and bread crumbles( i am not sure they are called so in english,but I am sure you can figure out what they actually are)
mix vinegar,sugar and salt with water,and then pour over salad.
then add either a bit of olive oil or mayo...I usually add oil.
Mix and enjoy your healthy lunch :D
