Make adorable teddy bear models in sugarpaste
Have a go at making these basic sugar models, using the minimum of equipment and no moulds at all. Use the Guide to Sizes chart to make sure the models are perfectly in proportion. Learn how to make little embellishments to the models for that extra special look. Take a basic bear model and adapt it to suit the occasion or cake, add a t-shirt, mix the colours or create a family of bears. Children will love the Teddy Bears’ Picnic cake and the mini sandwich trick!
