The main bead was sculpted and painted by my best friend. I used an eye pin through the skull bead and attached it to jewelry chain. I added some glass beads strung on an eye pin and it was done (though I'm debating on adding an additional chain).

my best friend make it from sculpy. i don't know what kind of paint, but if i were to guess, i'd say acrylic
