I wanted to make a sugar skull so I got a picture of 1 I liked on the internet and traced it on paper. I made my own stencils with the tracing and cut out different elements in different colours of felt. All of the felt peices are embroidered together and the whole thing is stuffed. It took me about 4 hours of work (done over a couple of days) because everything was done by hand and there are lots of little details.
