These taste nice but did not rise as high as I would have liked.
They are really easy to make.
Mix the yeast, water & sugar together.
Leave to bloom.
Mix salt & flour together
Add the oil & yeast mixture.
Knead until a smooth, soft dough is formed.
Cover the bowl with cling film & leave to prove for approx 1 hr.
Knock back the dough.
Knead for a little while.
Divided the dough into equal portions.
Shape into rolls.
Cover & leave to prove again. Approx 40 mins.
Bake in oven 400/200 degrees for 12-14 mins.
