Step 1Clean and remove the stalks from the mushrooms.

Step 2Combine the onions, pine nuts and two tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl.

Step 3Stuff the mushrooms with the chopped onion mixture.

Step 4Grease squares of tin foil with the remaining olive oil.

Step 5Wrap the mushrooms in tin foil and cook on a bbq for 10 minutes until cooked.
