Cut a heart shape out of cardboard. It can be any size; mine was about 10cm long.
Trace around your heart onto the wrong side of some material. Repeat.
Cut around your heart, about 2cm away from your pencil line.
Pin your two hearts together (right sides facing each other) and then sew around the pencil line leaving a gap of 3-4cm for the stuffing. Turn the right way out.
Stuff your heart with either plaster stuffing or rice. You can also add some dried lavender or herbs. Alternatively you can sprinkle your heart with essential oil.
Sew on a ribbon and button/bow.
