Filled With Cheese And Crème Fraîche -for a nice barbecue in the garden
I don't eat meat, so I've experimented a lot with what to put on the grill then :)
Tomatoes and mushrooms are now my favorite choice.. but the stuffing varies!
This time I stuffed them with some cheddar cheese, crème fraîche and African prickle peach chutney.
Some hot spice on top and they're ready to be put on the grill. Let them stay there until there reeeally soft and juicy :)
