Instructions

1. Cut Belt on Both Sides..about an inch befor the holes and belt fastening part.

2. Cut about 19 inches of elastic; this measurement depends on your individual body type, or how you want it..

3. Hot glue an inch of elastic on the inside of the belt parts. Press down on the hot glued areas; BE CAREFULL--the glue is HOT..
