Ok, this is so ridiculously easy I almost feel bad for calling it a recipe. You can make this in a quick minute and use it just like you'd use any other infused sugar.

Put one cup of sugar in the food processor.
Add as many of the freeze dried strawberries as you wish. I added about a handful because I really wanted a lot of strawberry flavor.
Then you just blitz it up until you fully incorporate everything and the strawberries have been pulverized.
Figure out a system for both storage and for transport. I used a funnel and a mason jar and it works just fine.
At this point you can decide if you want to sift out all of the seeds and any large bits that your food processor didn't crush. This will give it a more uniform look, but I chose not to because I like the rustic texture created by leaving everything in.
And voila! You're done and you have some delicious strawberry infused sugar to use in your next pastry recipe or perhaps for making strawberry marshmallows from scratch?
