A tequila smash with strawberries, lime and soda
Fruity, fizzy and refreshing this cocktail combines Ambar Tequila with fresh strawberries and lime in a glass rimmed with dried mint. The soda water is optional - depending on how strong you like your drink!

Step 1
Wet the rim of a short glass with a little lime juice and coat with dried mint.
Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the cut strawberries.
Step 3
Add the simple syrup and squeeze in the juice from the lime.
Step 4
Add the tequila.
Step 5
Shake hard to break up the strawberries.
Step 6
Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into the glass.
Step 7
Top with soda water.
Step 8
