Step 1Paint you nail in the pink shade, I used a darker shade of pink(OPI's too pink to hold 'em)
But you can use any bubbly pink ( and I had no picture of the pink shade but you get the idea) -
Step 2Make the leaves with the neon green. I made three thick ones and double coated, the pink shade doesn't have to be super dry but it will be better if you wait.

Step 3After the neon green is dry, you can put on it some green and sparkly shade

Step 4
make three or how many dots you see fit with the toothpick you can use a brush if you like. Sorry but no picture.

Step 5you can apply colorless nail polish but do wait until everything is extra dry. Enjoy .)
