Strawberry Chia Yogurt

A dairy-free yogurt made from chia seeds, coconut milk, strawberry, dates and lemon. Great for breakfast topped with granola and fruit.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 13 ½ oz Coconut Milk (about 1 can)
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ tsp Ground Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 cup fresh or frozen Strawberries (about 20-22 berries)
  • 2 Dates pits removed
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Steps (1 step, 20 minutes)

    •Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend, scraping sides every so often, until well mixed.*
    •Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour, but best overnight.
    •Serve with your favorite toppings. We like fresh fruit, granola and shredded coconut.

    *Sometimes we have to let the frozen berries thaw out a bit - it helps make sure everything mixes well.
