This is my first tutorial. I hope everything is clear. I made this out of my boredom. Can be used also as a necklace pendant maybe? Make your own version ! I would love to see them.
This is my first tutorial. I hope everything is clear. I made this out of my boredom. Can be used also as a necklace pendant maybe? Make your own version ! I would love to see them.
Gather materials -bottle caps -Acrylic paint , palette, and brushes -ball chain -felt
Squirt some paint on the palette (yellow)and paint the both bottle caps. this step might need to be repeated if paint is too shear
After everything is dry, use red paint to draw the strawberry, wait for it to dry, draw the leaves with green, wait for to dry, draw seeds with yellow and wait for it to dry
Time to protect the paint, since I dont have varnish? or something like that.. so you can use clear nail polish instead. Put the polish over both and painted caps and wait to dry
On bottle cap one.Get the felt and the white glue. Squirt white glue in dents are at inside the cap. Only squirt glue where you want your felt to be at.
Quickly stick the felt in and wait to dry
Get some beads ( about 3 ) and place them inside the cap
Squirt glue along the other dents of the inside of the cap. Get a thin piece of card board and put in.
On bottle cap 2. Squirt glue along the dents on the cap inside
Put bottle cap 2 on top of one, like a sandwich ( make sure they are facing the same ways)
Since it's white glue, it might not be secure, so put glue along the cracks to fill them in ( might take a while to dry)
After dried, fold the felt in half and start stitching the two side together
Insert the ball chain though the loop and your'e done
