You Will Need (7 things)

  • 400 g Organic Strawberries , stalks removed
  • 50 g Pimiento stuffed Olives , halved
  • 10 g Capers
  • 40 g Peppadew or peppadillo Peppers , cut into thin strips
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil , for drizzling
  • Frisee, red chicory, little gem lettuce or mixed Salad leaves

Steps (3 steps, 10 minutes)

    Cut the strawberries in half (or into quarters if large), then place them in a large bowl. Add the olives, capers and peppadew or peppadillo peppers.

    Season with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil, mixing gently together.

    Serve on salad leaves of your choice.

    Tip: You’ll find the bright red peppadew or peppadillo peppers bottled in brine. Drain them well before use.
