Stromboli
This is a variation of a tasty pizza.
You could use a ready made pizza base if you like.
You can use any topping of your choice.

Step 1Add 2 cup flour, yeast, salt, water & oil to a bowl.

Step 2Mix to bring it together.

Step 3Add the remaining flour little by little, until the dough forms.

Step 4Cover & let rise for 1 hr ( for a more bread like base )
Or...
Let rise for 10 mins, kneed & roll out.
Knock the dough back & kneed for a few mins.

Step 5Roll out the dough to a rectangle.

Step 6Top with sauce & topping of your choice.

Step 7Roll the dough into a sausage & seal the edges with egg wash.
Slit the top of the dough.

Step 8Heat the oven 375/190 degrees
Bake for 25-30 mins, depending on how thick they are.

Step 9Slice & serve.
