Today I'm trying out Dulse seaweed, harvested off the coast of Scotland. It has a wonderfully rich, smokey flavour which perfectly complements this stir-fried broccoli. It's a really easy, quick way to add lots of flavour and liven up a side dish. I sourced my Dulse from Mara Seaweed.

Instructions

  1. Boil or Steam the broccoli, cut into florets, for around 8 minutes. I'm using 1/2 a head of broccoli per person. Drain well.

  2. Heat one tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok on a high heat for about 30 seconds.

Add the chopped garlic and dulse seaweed.

  4. Add the broccoli, stirring until heated through. This should only take 2-3 minutes.

  5. Place the broccoli in a bowl - on its own as a side dish, or over rice for a tasty lunch.

  6. Drizzle over the soy sauce, and sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Enjoy!
