Sticky Garlic Chicken
Sweet & sticky chicken.
Best served with rice to soak up the delicious sauce.
Heat oven 200 degrees.
Coat the chicken in egg & breadcrumbs.
Place on baking tray with a little oil.
Bake for 15-20 mins.
In a pan combine soya, honey, hoisin, garlic, ginger & Sriracha.
Simmer to thicken.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Top with sesame seeds & spring onions.
