Sticky Apple Pudding
This is an all in one mixture. It's very easy to make.

You can substitute the apples with any type of fruit.

I doubled up the mixture to have extras for the next day.

It is also very nice served with custard.

    Heat oven 210/ gas 8.

    Grease tin.

    Place flour, baking powder, sugar, butter & egg in a bowl.

    Add milk & mix until resembles cake mix.

    Pour cake into tin.

    Place apples onto cake mix.

    Melt butter for topping.

    Pour over apples.

    Sprinkle sugar on top.

    Place in oven for approx 35-40 mins.
