Sticky Apple Pudding
This is an all in one mixture. It's very easy to make.
You can substitute the apples with any type of fruit.
I doubled up the mixture to have extras for the next day.
It is also very nice served with custard.

You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 210/ gas 8.
Grease tin.
Place flour, baking powder, sugar, butter & egg in a bowl.

Step 2Add milk & mix until resembles cake mix.

Step 3Pour cake into tin.

Step 4Chop apples.

Step 5Place apples onto cake mix.

Step 6Melt butter for topping.
Pour over apples.

Step 7Sprinkle sugar on top.
Place in oven for approx 35-40 mins.

Step 8Serve hot with ice cream.
