Description

With some paint and ready-made clock supplies, you can make your own clock that fits your personal style.

Instructions

  1. Small 107059 2f2015 01 24 173241 dsc 0661

Gather your supplies. You can buy a clock kit at Michaels or another craft store for pretty cheap, and spray paint is optional if you want to change the color of the clock numbers and hands.

  2. Small 107059 2f2015 01 24 173919 dsc 0668

Paint the clock your first color (the darker one) and let dry completely. Add another coat if necessary. Once the bottom coat is dry, lay the stencil on the wood and secure it with tape. Use a stencil brush to paint the second color over the stencil, and move the stencil around once the paint has dried.

  3. Small 107059 2f2015 01 24 211111 dsc 0673

Spray paint the clock numbers and hands a color that coordinates with the wood, and use glue to secure them, spacing them out accordingly. Insert the clock pieces according to the package's instructions, and hang on your wall to display.
