This is a sympathy card that I made using the stamp set Heartfelt Sympathy. You know that I love flowers and the two included on this set are totally gorgeous and the sentiments too.
This is a sympathy card that I made using the stamp set Heartfelt Sympathy. You know that I love flowers and the two included on this set are totally gorgeous and the sentiments too.
To make my card I used the masking technique with a stencil. I used the Leaf Burst Stencil with two different colors of green ink that I applied with jumbo daubers.
Then I stamped one of the sentiments included on the stamp set Heartfelt Sentiment with Memento Ink Tuxedo Black.
In a separate piece of whisper white cardstock, I stamped one of the flowers included on the Heartfelt Sympathy stamp set with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it with color pencils. Then I fussy cut the image and pasted on the stenciled corner with dimensionals.
I created a basic black mat for the decorated layer and pasted over the poppy parade card base.
