You will need

2 cup Strawberries , stems removed ½ cup Simple Syrup (equal parts water and organic cane sugar) 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1. Add all ingredients into a blender, and process into a puree.

2. Pour the puree into popsicle molds and freeze.
