Make some Coconut Popsicles with Steel City Pops
Makes 6-8 regular-sized popsicles
Bring creamy ingredients and raw coconut to a simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight until coconut flavor is infused into cream.
Strain off raw coconut and add simple syrup. Stir in toasted coco- nut. Place in molds and freeze for at least 8 hours until firm. Unmold and enjoy.
