Based on Steampunk/Gothic Lace Hairpiece by Khrystyn V.
I was originally going to use an old brooch I inherited, but the damn thing was huge (and too heavy for the clip!). So I improvised with a cute polka dot ribbon and made a bow. Hurrah!
