Steampunk/Lolita Mini Top Hat

I got a doll hat at the craft store first.
Then went to the fabric scraps and found this fabric.
I got some feathers to match.
Covered the hat with the fabric and attached the feathers with a glue gun.
It's not pictured, but I attached the hat to a headband to keep on the head easier.
