Steampunk Ps3 Controller

Modded for my hubby's xmas gift!

An old controller turned into an steampunk dream! Was my first time modding a controller! Worst part was the pleather handles, and the placing of the "rivets" The original controller was a regular black ps3 controller. The buttons are silver, but look VERY white here. To answer a few questions: "Can you use this? won't the paint come off?" Yes, you can use this. Its fully functional! The PS button is accessed with a key that's inserted, that pushed the button. I'm confident that that paint won't wear off. There's about 5-6 layers of acrylic varnish on it. IF the paint were to start coming off, it would be "high traffic areas" such as the sides, and underside where the hands sit. My hubby has used this for almost a month now, with only a small problem that the handles get tacky from heat. He's also noticed that the vibrations aren't as strong, which I'm assuming is from the pleather handles buffering it.
