Steampunk Top Hat
I upcycled a pair of trousers to make this Steampunk hat for my boyfriend. I wanted it a bit floppy to make it look kinda old. I used a leather strap from a handbag for the band at the base of the crown, and he added the cogs and eyepiece after.
