In this tutorial I show you how to create truly treasure ATCs for your friends, with a steampunk touch and starburst look.

Cover your ATCs with white gesso and dry.
Create background interest using stamps and embossing powder, do it in a distressed way (the stamping must NOT be perfect) -
Step 2
Prepare all the embellishments:
- cut some sequins waste
- cut some words using dies
- cover clay pieces with white gesso
- cover metallic pieces with clear gesso -
Step 3
Build your composition and glue it, trying not to leave any residual glue, otherwise the paint won't stay. If accidentally you have glue somewhere, cover it with gesso.

Step 4
Once everything is dry, spray your Starburst and dry. Repeat until you are pleased with the results, leaving some darker areas near the embellishments.
Highlight with metallic wax.
