Well, mine is not very good butI guess it works
1.get an x-acto knife
2.then, with the x-acto knife, cut a rectangle in the book(make sure you start at page 50 at least
3.but be sure to not cut through all the pages

Maybe try to mark out on each page how big you want it, so it does look better? I know this would take longer but it might look nicer
