It's so simple to stamp on fabric! With so many suppliers selling cotton bags, there's no reason not to. Just pick out a stamp you like and a good ink pad and give it a try!

Instructions

  1. Small 2014 04 11 131044 cloth 20bags 20003

I purchased these cotton parts bags in bulk from Uline, but there are many sellers on Etsy and other sites that have them. You can often find them in your local crafts store.

  2. Small 2014 04 11 131312 cloth 20bags 20103

I used a Versafine pigment ink pad because that's what I had on hand. Most any rubber stamp will work, so pick one you like.

  3. Small 2014 04 11 131535 stamping 20on 20fafric 20007

Ink your stamp well, but try not to rock it. You want to avoid getting ink on the block.

  4. Small 2014 04 11 131649 stamping 20on 20fafric 20009

Position it on your bag. Don't wiggle it or you will blur the impression.

  5. Small 2014 04 11 131758 stamping 20on 20fafric 20010

Press the stamp firmly, straight down. Again, don't rock it side to side; it might move and you might get smears on your bag.

  6. Small 2014 04 11 131955 stamping 20on 20fafric 20011

Lift the stamp straight up. It only takes a few moments to dry.
