I used Julep's Hailee and Sinful Colors' Call Me Later. I featured my deuce fingers. This mani was for my tween sons spring choir performance.

Instructions

1. 

   Choose the feature nail or nails and paint them with the glitter polish.

2. Paint the other fingers with the matte polish.

3. Give each finger another coat of polish.
