Step 1Heat oven 190 degrees.
Mix all sauce ingredients together.
Set aside.

Step 2Heat oil.
Coat chicken in salt, pepper,paprika, garlic, thyme & Basil.
Cook until browned.
Place in dish,

Step 3Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cover & cook for 20 mins.
Remove cover & bake for 15 mins until cooked through.

Step 4
Remove chicken from the dish .
Add corn flour & a little water to the sauce.
Return to the oven for 2 mins until the sauce has thickened.

Step 5Serve the chicken & sauce with noodles.
