Spooky Halloween Cupcakes
A nice, quick treat on Halloween.
These can be filled with anything you fancy.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add flour & combine.
Place mixture into cupcake cases.
Bake for approximately 20 mins until cooked through.
Remove from the oven & cool completely.
Cut a hole in the top of each cupcake.
Fill the hole with the filling of your choice.
Place the pieces you removed back into the holes.
Make spooky shapes with the fondant icing.
Place on a disk of fondant.
Pour some glaze icing on top of the Cupcakes.
Place the fondant disk on top of the glaze icing.
