You Will Need (11 things)
- 4 cup Spinach Lettuce , chopped
- 1 cup Red seedless Grapes , halved
- 4 oz Blue Cheese , crumbled
- 4 Slices Bacon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp White balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper , to taste

For the warm bacon dressing:
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- Honey
Steps (4 steps, 20 minutes)

Hard boil eggs. Peel. Set in fridge to chill.

Between two salad bowls, divide spinach, grapes and blue cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. -

In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon. Remove slices from heat, chop and add to salads. Reserve 1 tablespoon of drippings; whisk into dressing.

Cut hard boiled eggs in half and add to salad. Drizzle with dressing, serve immediately.
