You Will Need (11 things)

  • 4 cup Spinach Lettuce , chopped
  • 1 cup Red seedless Grapes , halved
  • 4 oz Blue Cheese , crumbled
  • 4 Slices Bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp White balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper , to taste
  • For the warm bacon dressing:

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • Honey

Steps (4 steps, 20 minutes)

    Hard boil eggs. Peel. Set in fridge to chill.

    Between two salad bowls, divide spinach, grapes and blue cheese.
    In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon. Remove slices from heat, chop and add to salads. Reserve 1 tablespoon of drippings; whisk into dressing.

    Cut hard boiled eggs in half and add to salad. Drizzle with dressing, serve immediately.
