Cook Spicy Mango Shrimp with Pita Jungle in Tempe, Arizona
Heat a sauté pan, add olive oil and in order, add the white onion and jumbo shrimp. Sauté until the shrimp are halfway cooked, and then add sugar and Sriracha hot sauce. Cook until shrimp are done. At the end, add the fresh mango. Be careful not to cook the mango for too long. Deglaze pan with Red Wine Vinegar.
Heat a sauté pan and add the sesame oil, diced vegetable mix and fresh ginger. Sauté very lightly then deglaze pan with soy sauce and a dash of water. Add 2 spoonfuls of the cooked brown rice. Mix well and enjoy.
