A great winter party dish.

  • Step 1

Hard Boil all 12 eggs and peel when cool.

  • Step 2

Slice eggs in halves so that you have 24 bite sized bits of goodness.

  • Step 3

Softly scoop out yolks from eggs and put in a medium sized bowl.

  • Step 4

Add chopped beans and as much mayonaise as you want (usually around 1/2 cup-3/4
cup or more) and mash together in bowl. Once it looks like it's about to get creamy, add
    cumin to taste.

  • Step 5

With a teaspoon, add your new delicious filling to the yolk-free holes in the eggs.

  • Step 6

Once you've completed all 24, plate on a fun plate or serving tray and sprinkle with
paprika (or more cumin if you don't have paprika) for taste.

  • Step 7

Refrigerate (or if you're in Prince George where it's really cold in the winter, put it outside)
    until ready.
