A gin, spiced rum and apple flip
This winter warming flip combines Minus 33 Gin with spiced rum, lemon, simple syrup and freshly cut apple.

Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin and simple syrup.

Step 2Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

Step 3Add the spiced rum and crack in the egg.

Step 4Cut a slice from the apple and put to one side. Cut the remaining apple into cubes and add to the shaker,

Step 5Shake really really hard to break up the apple and strain into a martini glass.

Step 6Serve with the slice of apple on the rim and a light dusting of cinnamon on top.
