About

The term "spastic" was derived from my first attempt in baking these babies a year ago, as a part of the cookie would be missing.
Fortunately, despite losing a part, these cookies taste as awesome as ever!

*update: Help! I didn't realise how offensive the word "spastic" is when i posted this "how-to".
I'm very sorry if it had offended anyone!!
I can't seem to change the title! T.T

TIP: to make washing easier, soak everything in a tub of hot water.
works well for me!

  • 1 cup White Sugar (3/4 Cup White Cane Sugar)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cup Flour (Sifted)
  • 1 Egg(s)
  • Food Coloring

  1. 1

    1. Preheat oven to 180C.

  3. 3

    3. Using an electronic mixer, cream together butter and sugar.
(I ran out of white sugar too, so i used 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar. Brown sugar is not as sweet as white sugar.)

    5. Slowly add sifted flour to the butter mixture.
    6. Add egg, and mix well until all ingredients are incorporated into a soft dough.
    7. Add desired food coloring and knead well. (optional)

  5. 5

    8. Cut out desired shapes with a cookie cutter.

  6. 6

    9. Bake at 180C for 10-12 mins, until edges turn a slight golden brown.
    10. Repeat 8 & 9 until all dough are used up.

  7. 7

    11. Cool on a wire rack.
