Step 1
make blue french tips ,if you have trouble makeing them, use the scotch tape by putting it over the part you want unpainted then paint with it on,then take the tape off and let dry

Step 2
use black nail art pen to make a black line under neath blue tips

Step 3
then paint with sparkly clear polish
