You Will Need

Step 1You only need: black pencils rhinestone stickers and glue.

Step 2I painted the back of the pencil with black permanent marker because the rhinestone was slightly smaller than the pencil top
-
Step 3Then add the rhinestone and you are done!

Gorgeous! I was thinking, the pencil doesn't really need to be black. You could just get a normal pencil and use black tape to cover it. love these though!
