Quick & easy to make. I've not included amounts with the ingredients as you can add more or less anything.

You will need

Potatoes Boiled & sliced Bacon Cooked & Crispy Butter Spring Onions Egg(s) Cheese Salt Pepper

Quick & easy to make. I've not included amounts with the ingredients as you can add more or less anything.

Instructions

1. 

   Melt butter in a pan. Add bacon, potatoes & spring onions. Fry for a few mins.

2. 

   Add eggs, cheese, salt & pepper. Stir through. Allow to set on a low heat.

3. 

   Sprinkle with some more cheese & spring onions. Heat under a grill until cheese has melted.

4. 

   Serve.
