Description

I'm still trying to cook my way through the pasta alphabet and this week's request was Spaghetti Puttanesca from Tom.

Instructions

    Before you begin, bring a pan of water to the boil with a little salt and cook the spaghetti for roughly 10 minutes. Drain and place to one side. Chop the garlic and fry with a little olive oil in a frying pan.

    Slice the anchovy fillets and add to the frying pan with a little sprinkle of garlic flakes.

    Slice the olives and sun dried tomatoes and add to the frying pan.

    Mix in the cooked spaghetti.

    Serve with a sprinkling of fresh basil, parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.
